Additionally, they develop and implement strategic plans, maintain regulatory compliance, and establish positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members.

Staffing Coordinator
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire workforce of our community in order to meet the needs of our residents and maintain optimal staffing levels.

Medical Records
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident medical records and health information systems. This includes organizing and filing documents, entering data into electronic databases, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Business Office Manager / Human Resources
Office managers play a vital role in recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring the facility has a skilled and dedicated workforce. As the friendly face of the senior living facility, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
