What You’ll Be Doing

Executive Director/Administrator
Our Executive Directors/Administrators are responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the community. They collaborate with various departments to ensure quality care and services are provided to residents. Additionally, they develop and implement strategic plans, maintain regulatory compliance, and establish positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members.

Staffing Coordinator
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire workforce of our community in order to meet the needs of our residents and maintain optimal staffing levels.

Medical Records
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident medical records and health information systems. This includes organizing and filing documents, entering data into electronic databases, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Business Office Manager / Human Resources
Office managers play a vital role in recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring the facility has a skilled and dedicated workforce. Additionally, they handle payroll, benefits, employee relations, and career development initiatives, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. The Office Manager also takes charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial management. Additionally, they are expected to perform clerical duties as assigned, maintaining efficient office operations.

Receptionist
As the friendly face of the senior living facility, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. They are the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and residents, ensuring that everyone feels valued and attended to. In addition to greeting and directing individuals, the receptionist handles incoming calls, manages mail distribution, and provides administrative assistance when required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the community.
