What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibility includes planning, organization, development and direction for the overall operation of the facility to ensure a safe, clean and sanitary environment. This includes prioritizing maintenance projects and tasks, assigning tasks to maintenance employees and ensuring tasks/projects are completed as expected.
Maintain the facility and keeping it in good repair and making sure facility is safe and clean for residents, staff and visitors.
