What You’ll Be Doing

Social Services
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the social welfare and support services provided to residents. They assist residents with accessing community resources, manage emotional and psychological support programs, and work closely with families to address their concerns and ensure the well-being of the residents. Additionally, they may play a pivotal role in advocating for residents’ rights and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Admissions Coordinator
The admissions coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents. They are responsible for efficiently handling daily tasks related to these processes, which include effective communication with family members and team members, ensuring the accuracy and completion of paperwork, and facilitating payments and insurance procedures. Their meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills contribute to the smooth operation of the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition for residents and their families.
