What You’ll Be Doing
Physical Therapist
This role evaluates and treats patients, maintains documentation of services, and conducts restorative technique trainings. They supervise assistant therapists and therapy students, develop and implement treatment plans based on physician referrals, and ensure compliance with Medicare and other regulations. Additionally, they participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care conferences, and contribute to facility performance improvement programs, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care and facility operations.
Speech Language Pathologist
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients, emphasizing communication and restorative techniques. This role involves supervising therapy assistants and students, developing treatment plans based on physician referrals, and maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Speech Language Pathologist also plays a key role in interdisciplinary team collaboration, focusing on improving patient outcomes and facilitating effective communication within the team and with patients’ families.
