Marketer

Under the direction of Corporate Management, the Marketer is responsible for the continued growth of census in assigned Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities.

• Works in conjunction with Administrators and Social Services Directors/Designees to increase census in Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities for facilities in Jefferson City.
• Utilizes referral management system to monitor and review prospects.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct tours.
• Assist Administrators and Social Services Directors/Designees with hosting events.
• Support, motivate and empower Social Services Directors Designees in staging rooms for tours.
• Collaborate on development of marketing materials.
• Monitor reports to identify community trends.
• Follow up on internet inquiries for Assisted Living and Residential Care.
• Make outbound calls and build rapport with prospects and document appropriately in CRM.
• Assist main office in facility order management ensuring accurate order and delivery.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home, or other related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Ability to travel often and willing to travel immediately if an unexpected need should arise in a facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
• Must have patience, tact, and willingness to deal with difficult residents, family, and staff.

• Willing to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
• Meets general health requirements according to facility policy, including medical and physical exams and checking immunity status to various infectious diseases.
