Job Title: Director of Long Term Care Recruitment and Labor Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Long Term Care Recruitment and Labor Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and labor management of our long-term care facilities. The Director of Long Term Care Recruitment and Labor Management will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all staffing needs are met and that our facilities are fully staffed with qualified and competent employees.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for long-term care positions

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other recruitment sources

- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

- Develop and implement labor management strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient scheduling

- Monitor and analyze labor trends and adjust staffing levels as needed

- Develop and maintain relationships with labor unions and other employee representatives

- Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment and labor management team

- Develop and maintain staffing metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and labor management, preferably in a long-term care setting

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
