Sherry came to StoneBridge Marble Hill for rehab services for weakness and decline in functional mobility following a hospitalization. She is receiving physical and occupational therapy services 5x a week. When she first arrived, she had limited ability to stand from her chair or bed without assistance. Now, she is independent with transfers, making it possible for her to get herself in and out of the bed and her recliner, as well as perform toileting independently. She is also working towards walking without an assistive device. Sherry is on track to reach her prior level of function and to safely return home independently.
